Hours of Availability

Weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Appointments

Appointments can usually be scheduled within 7 days from initial contact. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect as a courtesy to the counselor and to provide ample opportunity to other clients to schedule an appointment during that time slot. If the scheduled appointment is on a Monday, a 48 hour cancellation policy applies. A fee will be charged for all missed or late appointments.

Payments/Insurance

“Out of Network” coverage often applies. A patient may call his/her insurance company regarding the specifics of his/her coverage for an “outpatient office visit with an LCSW” or the counselor’s office assistant will check for the patient when given the required information. When there is no insurance coverage, there is a sliding scale schedule of fees according to income.
